Jewellery care

All of our jewellery is water-resistant, non-tarnish, and hypoallergenic however over time, jewellery can become discoloured or tarnished for many reasons including high exposure to moisture, chemicals, and air. We try our best to produce high-quality, sustainable and durable pieces however due to a process known as oxidation, silver and gold metals can tarnish over time.

General care guidelines

• When bathing or taking a shower, remove your jewellery. This is especially crucial when near a beach, the ocean, or chlorinated water. 
• When engaging in physical activity like housework, gardening, or exercise, avoid wearing jewellery. 
• Never use household cleaning products on jewellery, particularly bleach and highly reactive solutions. 
• Remove jewellery when using creams or perfumes to prevent the residue from getting into the texture or gemstone setting. Avoid spraying hairspray or perfume on pearls or gemstones as it compromises the integrity of the material. Any residue reduces your ring's brilliance. 
• Stay clear from high humidity and temperatures 
• To prevent additional damage or stone loss, please get any moving jewels fixed right away.
